Once, when I was watching Grey's Anatomy, I was struck by Meredith's words, and they got etched in my mind.
I remember telling myself to keep those words in mind, but slowly, they slipped away. Yet, I find myself remembering those words again.. "I can’t even remember the last time we kissed. Because you never think the last time is the last time. You think you have forever, but you don’t."
Sometimes things can strike us so suddenly, it leaves us gasping for air. You don't think to cherish the moments you had, because you always think you have forever, but you don't.
Do you remember the last time someone touched your heart?
Do you remember the last words you said to your loved ones?
Do you?
If your answer is no, perhaps it's time to remember. Because you never know when you might look back, and regret that you never did.
